I was selected to be the lead trainer for my district. So I went for the briefing and I had more than enough explanation on the importance of the programme.
When I came back, I held an in-house training for the other English teachers in my district and I explained to them about the programme. Overall, most of the teacher gave positive feedback regarding the programme and their only concern was would the students be able to participate.
After few weeks, most of them claimed that the programme was so beneficial to their students and they could see that the students now enjoyed English lessons. I was so happy that I was a part of the programme.
As a lead trainer myself, of course I have to walk the talk. And I did implement the programme with my students, As expected, I could clearly see most of my students benefited from the programme.
These are some of the examples taken from the module of the programme. The objective of the programme was to get the students to talk about anything related to the pictures.
